{"id":14339,"date":"2024-12-08T09:01:03","date_gmt":"2024-12-08T02:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/?p=14339"},"modified":"2024-12-08T00:03:41","modified_gmt":"2024-12-07T17:03:41","slug":"fatwa-mpu-aceh-foto-pre-wedding-haram","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/index.php\/2024\/12\/08\/fatwa-mpu-aceh-foto-pre-wedding-haram\/","title":{"rendered":"Fatwa MPU Aceh: Foto Pre-Wedding Haram"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><em><a style=\"color: #ff99cc;\" href=\"http:\/\/LOVEBANDUNG.com\"><strong>LOVEBANDUNG.com<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span> : Menutup tahun 2024, Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU) Aceh mengeluarkan Fatwa MPU Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2024 tentang Tradisi Tunangan dan Prosesi Pernikahan di Era Kontemporer Menurut Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Adat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fatwa MPU Aceh akhir tahun ini dikeluarkan dalam Sidang Paripurna VI yang dilaksanakan di Gedung Tgk. H. Abdullah Ujong Rimba, MPU Aceh, beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fatwa itu dikeluarkan setelah MPU Aceh menimbang bahwa tradisi proses nadhar, khitbah (meulakee), pernikahan dan walimatul \u2018ursy belakangan ini sering terjadi hal-hal yang menimbulkan polemik di kalangan masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh adanya pergeseran pemahaman.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ada 17 poin yang dikeluarkan MPU Aceh dalam Rancangan Fatwa itu, di antaranya disebutkan bahwa tradisi dalam perkawinan yang bertentangan dengan syariat Islam hukumnya adalah haram.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Prosesi akad nikah di masjid hukum dasarnya adalah sunnah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cHukum foto pre-wedding (pengambilan foto bersama baik ihtilath ataupun tidak sebelum akad nikah) adalah haram. Hukum foto post-wedding (pengambilan foto bersama setelah akad nikah) adalah boleh (ibahah),\u201d sebut Kepala Sekretariat MPU Aceh, Usamah, S.Ag., MM saat membacakan rancangan fatwa itu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pada poin selanjutnya ditegaskan bahwa meminang wanita dalam masa \u2018iddah secara sharih dan sindiran hukumnya haram kecuali \u2018iddah wafat dan bain dalam bentuk sindirian.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Walimatul \u2018ursy yang sesuai dengan ketentuan syari\u2019at hukumnya sunnah, dan jika tidak ada unsur kemungkaran pada pelaksanaannya maka hukum menghadirinya adalah wajib.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Wakil Ketua MPU Aceh, Tgk. H. Hasbi Albayuni berharap agar fatwa MPU Aceh ini bisa menjadi pedoman masyarakat di Aceh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cAlhamdulillah kita telah berhasil mengeluarkan 17 poin fatwa dan 10 taushiyah MPU Aceh, ini adalah yang ditunggu-tunggu semoga bermanfaat bagi umat,\u201d ungkap Wakil Ketua yang akrab disapa Abi Bayu itu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Abi Bayu juga menekankan kepada seluruh anggota MPU Aceh agar terus mensosialisasikan fatwa-fatwa yang telah dihasilkan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sementara itu, pada Taushiyah MPU Aceh terkait hal yang sama, MPU Aceh berharap kepada pemerintahan Aceh untuk melestarikan tradisi tunangan dan prosesi pernikahan yang sesuai dengan syariat dan adat Aceh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kepada para tokoh adat Aceh dan pihak terkait MPU Aceh berharap untuk mengembalikan tradisi tunangan dan prosesi pernikahan yang sesuai dengan syariat dan adat Aceh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selanjutnya MPU Aceh berharap kepada para pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pertunangan dan pernikahan untuk menjaga dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai syariat dan adat Aceh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Diharapkan juga kepada peserta proses pernikahan di masjid untuk menjunjung tinggi kehormatan dan kesucian masjid.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kepada calon mempelai laki-laki, perempuan dan peserta lainnya untuk menggunakan atribut pernikahan yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan adat Aceh.*<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sumber: Harian Waspada<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOVEBANDUNG.com : Menutup tahun 2024, Majelis Permusyawaratan Ulama (MPU) Aceh mengeluarkan Fatwa MPU Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2024 tentang Tradisi Tunangan dan Prosesi Pernikahan di Era Kontemporer Menurut Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Adat.
