LOVEBANDUNG.com<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span> : Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat berkomitmen untuk membantu permasalahan terkait pengelolaan lahan aset SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Jambe, Karawang Barat, yang berdiri di atas tanah aset milik Desa Wanasari, Kabupaten Karawang. Pasalnya, lahan tersebut masih diselesaikan baik secara administrasi dan status kepemilikan sah.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan data yang diterima, status kepemilikan tanah yang ditempati SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Jambe Karawang adalah milik Desa Wanasari dengan luas kurang lebih 12.500 m\u00b2 yang dibangun sejak tahun 2016.<\/p>\n

“Kami sudah mengusulkan pembelian tanah sebagai ganti kepada pihak desa, selanjutnya akan terus kami upayakan dan berusaha menyelesaikan masalah ini bersama pihak-pihak terkait hingga selesai,” kata Ketua Komisi I DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat H. Rahmat Hidayat Djati, M.IP, saat mengkroscek informasi mengenai aset tanah SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Jambe, dalam kunjungannya ke Desa Wanasari, Kabupaten Karawang, Rabu (12\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kepala Desa Wanasari, Sukarya WK, berharap dengan kedatangan Komisi I Jabar ini menemui titik terang dan meminta Pemprov Jabar menyelesaikan permasalahan lahan sekolah SMAN 1 Telukjambe.<\/p>\n

“Saya sudah layangkan surat sejak 2019 terkait masalah tanah ini ke pemprov jabar tetapi sampai saat ini belum terealisasi. Saya berharap kepada Pemprov Jabar untuk segera menyelesaikan masalah ini karena SMA N 1 Teluk Jambe Karawang ini sudah menjadi tanggung jawab Pemprov Jabar,” harapnya.
