{"id":15370,"date":"2025-02-20T23:38:08","date_gmt":"2025-02-20T16:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/?p=15370"},"modified":"2025-02-20T23:38:08","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T16:38:08","slug":"kelas-legislatif-daddy-rohanady-bahas-peran-lembaga-legislatif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/20\/kelas-legislatif-daddy-rohanady-bahas-peran-lembaga-legislatif\/","title":{"rendered":"Kelas Legislatif, Daddy Rohanady Bahas Peran Lembaga Legislatif"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ff99cc;\"><a style=\"color: #ff99cc;\" href=\"http:\/\/LOVEBANDUNG.com\"><em><strong>LOVEBANDUNG.com<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span> : Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat Daddy Rohanady menjadi narasumber utama dalam program Kelas Legislatif yang digagas oleh Dewan Amanat Mahasiswa (DAM) Fakultas Komunikasi atau Fikom Universitas Bandung (Unisba).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dalam Program Kelas Legislatif yang bertajuk Peran Lembaga Legislatif dalam Pengembangan Karakter dan Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa, Kamis 20 Februari 2025, Daddy Rohanady menyampaikan beberapa poin terkait DPRD Jawa Barat sebagai lembaga legislatif, di antaranya; kedudukan, keanggotaan, struktur, serta komposisi DPRD dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cJadi, secara komprehensif perihal dewan, dan saya lihat mereka memiliki rasa keingintahuan lebih dalam tentang dewan, yang dimana menurut saya itu merupakan sesuatu yang sangat baik untuk seorang mahasiswa.\u201d kata Daddy Rohanady.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pada sesi pertama, dijelaskan bagaimana tugas dan fungsi dewan yang mencakup tiga fungsi utamanya yakni, membentuk Peraturan Daerah (Perda) bersama kepala daerah atau fungsi legislasi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fungsi anggaran yaitu, membahas serta memberikan persetujuan rancangan Perda mengenai Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang diajukan oleh kepala daerah, dan melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah dan APBD disebut fungsi pengawasan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selain itu Daddy Rohanady juga menyampaikan hak DPRD yang terdiri dari; meminta keterangan kepala daerah mengenai kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang penting dan strategis serta berdampak luas pada kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara (hak interpelasi), melakukan penyelidikan daerah yang penting dan strategis serta berdampak luas pada kehidupan masyarakat, daerah dan negara yang diduga bertentangan dengan ketentuan Peraturan Perundang-undangan (hak angket), dan menyatakan pendapat terhadap kebijakan kepala daerah atau mengenai kejadian luar biasa yang terjadi di daerah disertai dengan rekomendasi penyelesaiannya atau sebagai tindak lanjut pelaksana hak interpelasi dan hak angket (hak menyatakan pendapat).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cSaya berharap kegiatan seperti ini dapat diperluas kepada mayoritas mahasiswa agar pemahaman mereka tentang peran dewan tidak samar-samar atau terbatas pada anggapan bahwa dewan hanya sekedar pengawasan,\u201d ujar Daddy.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dengan pemahaman yang lebih menyeluruh, mahasiswa dapat memahami bahwa peran dewan mencakup berbagai aspek penting yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dan kehidupan masyarakat secara luas. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun kesadaran dan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap peran lembaga legislatif dalam sistem pemerintahan.
