Tentunya, jam tidur berkurang.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Karena itu, perlu bagi yang menjalankan puasa mengatur waktu dan pola kebutuhan tubuh pada siang hari saat berpuasa.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Berikut beberapa tips untuk menjaga kebugaran saat menjalani puasa:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Sebelum Memulai Puasa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">1.
