Di sinilah pemberdayaan pelaku usaha lokal dan pelestarian budaya bisa berjalan berdampingan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pemerintah Kota Bandung, menurut Erwin, tengah mengkaji berbagai usulan revitalisasi kawasan ini. Mulai dari pembangunan taman tematik, penyambungan ke pusat perbelanjaan Ciwalk, hingga menjadikan Teras Cihampelas sebagai pusat kuliner dan UMKM Center Kecamatan Coblong.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Kami ingin para pedagang di sini tidak hanya dilatih secara konvensional, tapi juga dalam hal digital marketing, literasi keuangan, dan inovasi agar produknya bisa menembus pasar global,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Senada dengan itu, Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bandung, Tatang Muhtar menyatakan, pelestarian budaya dan pemberdayaan ekonomi rakyat harus berjalan beriringan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cFestival ini adalah buktinya,\u201d ujar Tatang.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sedangkan Anggota Komisi II DPRD Kota Bandung, Siti Marfuah, juga menilai acara ini sebagai panggung penting dalam menjaga identitas kota.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita tidak hanya mengenang, tapi juga menghidupkan kembali nilai-nilai luhur tradisi Sunda,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pada kesempatan yang sama, Ketua Koperasi Sarebu Saratus, Edo menjelaskan, festival ini merupakan bagian dari strategi kebangkitan Teras Cihampelas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Saat ini koperasi menargetkan 300 anggota baru bergabung hingga akhir 2025. Ia menegaskan pentingnya prinsip sabar, jujur, tawakal, serta kolaborasi dengan komunitas, akademisi, dan sektor usaha besar seperti Ciwalk.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dengan semangat gotong royong dan pendekatan Pentahelix, Pemerintah Kota Bandung berharap Teras Cihampelas dapat terus berkembang sebagai ikon budaya dan destinasi wisata kreatif unggulan.
