Kita harus memastikan APBD bisa menggerakkan ekonomi, salah satunya melalui kegiatan MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition),\u201d kata Farhan di Balai Kota Bandung, Selasa 10 Juni 2025.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Farhan juga menyoroti menurunnya okupansi hotel di Bandung setelah Lebaran. Menurutnya, hanya satu hari yang menunjukkan tingkat hunian 100 persen, yaitu pada Sabtu, sehari setelah Idul Adha.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cSisanya langsung turun tajam. Hari Minggu dan Senin hanya 50 persen. Ini sangat memprihatinkan,\u201d ungkap Farhan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia menilai kondisi ini menjadi sinyal kuat bahwa pelaku industri pariwisata di Bandung membutuhkan dorongan nyata, baik berupa insentif maupun program strategis untuk menarik wisatawan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cSaatnya kita berikan insentif pada pelaku industri pariwisata. Ini penting agar sektor ini bisa bertahan,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menurut Farhan, hotel bintang 3 adalah segmen yang paling terdampak karena selain banyak melakukan PHK, harga sewanya juga cenderung lebih rendah dibandingkan hotel bintang 4 atau 5.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cHarganya tidak mahal, tapi kondisi mereka paling memprihatinkan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Untuk itu, Pemkot Bandung akan memberikan berbagai bentuk insentif kepada hotel bintang 3, namun dengan syarat tertentu. Salah satunya, hotel penerima insentif tidak boleh melakukan PHK terhadap karyawannya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cItu syarat berat, tapi kita akan dukung setengah mati,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dukungan ini, menurut Farhan, bukan sekadar formalitas. Ia ingin memastikan bahwa kebijakan yang diambil benar-benar menyentuh kebutuhan industri perhotelan secara langsung.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cBukan setengah hidup lagi. Kita dukung habis-habisan industri hotel di Bandung,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Farhan juga menyebutkan bahwa upaya ini bukanlah wacana semata, melainkan langsung dimulai.
