Program ini akan menggandeng angkutan kota (angkot) eksisting untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem transportasi berbasis teknologi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin, menjelaskan, angkot-angkot yang ada tidak akan dimatikan, tapi justru diberdayakan. Supir angkot akan direkrut menjadi pegawai dengan sistem gaji tetap, menggantikan sistem setoran harian.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita akan ubah total, nanti sopirnya digaji. Sistemnya cashless, ada AC, dan tidak ada lagi ngetem. Angkot ini akan jalan sesuai jadwal,\u201d kata Erwin di Kampus Uninus, Selasa 15 Juli 2025.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia menerangkan, angkot pintar ini akan terhubung dengan sistem Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) dan menjangkau wilayah-wilayah terpencil di Kota Bandung, termasuk sekolah-sekolah yang belum terlayani transportasi umum.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cKita sudah identifikasi. Angkot pintar akan masuk ke sana dan terintegrasi dengan bus utama,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kendaraan angkot lama juga akan ditransformasi hingga lebih aman dan efisien. Pemerintah akan memastikan agar tidak ada lagi kemacetan akibat ngetem atau parkir sembarangan di pinggir jalan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cSemuanya akan terjadwal, tidak ada lagi angkot berhenti sembarangan. Ini juga bagian dari upaya kami mengatasi kemacetan dan polusi,\u201d ujar Erwin.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menurutnya, upaya ini akan melibatkan para pengusaha transportasi sebagai mitra pemerintah. Pendekatan kolaboratif dinilai penting agar perubahan berjalan mulus dan diterima semua pihak.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cTransformasi transportasi ini tidak bisa sendiri. Kita butuh dukungan operator, pengusaha, dan masyarakat. Tapi insyaallah ini semua demi Bandung yang lebih baik,\u201d ujarnya.
