Hal ini terlihat dari target rehabilitasi di tahun 2022 yang semakin meningkat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kepala Bidang Perumahan Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman (DPKP) Kota Bandung, Nunun Yanuati mengatakan, program rehabilitasi rutilahu rutin diadakan setiap tahun dengan beberapa tahapan dan skema.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Pendanaannya ada yang dari Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan (Musrenbang) dan reses. Ada juga dari provinsi dan bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya (BSPS) dari pusat,&#8221; ucap Nunun dikutip dalam keterangannya, Senin 11 Juli 2022.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Namun, untuk rehabilitasi tahun ini, ia menuturkan, prosesnya masih sedang dipersiapkan melalui surat keputusan wali kota. Berdasarkan data DPKP, total unit rutilahu di Kota Bandung yang telah direhabilitasi sejak <a href=\"tel:20182021\">2018-2021<\/a> sejumlah 8.306 rumah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pada 2018, sebanyak 3.298 unit telah direhabilitasi. Lalu, di tahun 2019 terdapat 3.119 unit yang direhabilitasi. Kemudian pada 2020, Pemkot Bandung telah merehabilitasi 969 unit. Terakhir, di tahun 2021, terdapat 920 unit.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Targetnya tahun ini kami akan merehab 1.051 unit dengan rencana anggaran sekitar Rp19,8 miliar,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Di antara seluruh kecamatan di Kota Bandung, Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul memiliki rutilahu terbanyak dengan jumlah 425 rumah.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Nunun menjelaskan, kondisi ini terjadi karena padatnya jumlah penduduk dan bangunan di sana. Sehingga banyak rumah yang masuk dalam kategori rutilahu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Syarat tidak layak huni, kita ambilnya secara fisik bangunan, yakni Aladin (atap lantai dinding). Biasanya rutilahu ini tidak ada tulangan di kolong-kolongnya dan tak ada fondasi, bangunannya jadi gampang goyang,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pun dari segi kesehatan, seperti pencahayaan dan sanitasi. Jika tak menenuhi hal ini, rumah tersebut tergolong tak layak huni.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Kalau belum ada septic tanknya, kita cek dulu apakah ada akses. Kalau ada septic tank komunal, bisa diperhitungkan,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kemudian, kondisi dinding berlubang dan atap bocor juga termasuk dalam kategori rutilahu.
