Pada lomba tersebut, Aa menyelesaikan dua project, yakni membuat mechanum wheel dan shaper tool head. Ia pun akan mewakili Jabar di LKS tingkat Nasional pada Oktober 2022.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">SMK Marhas Margahayu menjadi satu-satunya sekolah swasta yang masuk &#8220;5 besar&#8221; di bidang tersebut. Sehingga, prestasi Aa bukan hanya mengharumkan nama sekolah, tapi juga menegaskan bahwa kualitas pendidikan sekolah swasta di Jabar tak kalah bersaing dengan sekolah negeri.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Kita hadir di Kabupaten Bandung sebagai sekolah berprestasi, sekolah juara!&#8221; tegas Kepala SMK Marhas Margahayu, Siti Maryam di sekolah, Jalan Terusan Kopo No.<a href=\"tel:385299\">385\/299<\/a> Margahayu, Kabupaten Bandung, dikutip Senin 12 September 2022.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tahun lalu, tambahnya, siswa SMK Marhas berhasil lolos ke nasional. Ia pun berharap tahun ini hasilnya lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Siti menilai, kehadiran LKS atau kompetensi sangat penting bagi siswa. Selain meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, sekolah pun bisa menakar sejauh mana siswa menguasai kompetensi. Ketika berhasil menjadi juara, hal tersebut menjadi nilai plus untuk mengharumkan nama sekolah. &#8220;Alhamdulillah, lima tahun ke belakang kami selalu menjadi yang terdepan. Karena, kami punya komitmen menjadikan SMK Marhas juara dan terdepan di Kabupaten Bandung,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dorong Perkembangan Siswa<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia menjelaskan, SMK Marhas Margahayu mendorong penuh perkembangan siswa melalui visi &#8220;Kompak Bersama&#8221; (Kompeten, Akhlak Mulia, Berdaya Saing Global, dan Mandiri). Selain penguatan sumber daya manusia di sekolah, penyediaan fasilitas dan infrastrukur pun memadai. Ia mencontohkan, pembelajaran di teknik mesin telah menggunakan computer numerical control (CNC).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Ini untuk menunjang supaya anak-anak bisa mengaktualisasi lagi bagaimana sesungguhnya di dunia industri itu. Karena, bukan hanya membubut yang manual, tapi sekarang sudah masuk CNC sesuai standar industri,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selain itu, lanjutnya, tak sedikit siswa yang direkrut industri dan lolos seleksi ke perguruan tinggi melalui jalur prestasi. &#8220;Jadi, kita tidak menjadi SMK yang mengejar (konotasinya) kerja saja, tetapi juga fokus melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi dan mendapat beasiswa,&#8221; ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Di samping itu, pihaknya menilai, dua kompetensi keahlian yang dimiliki sekolah termasuk unggulan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Ketika tahun kemarin pemesinan ditunjuk sebagai sekolah PK, ternyata diiringi oleh jurusan teknik komputer dan informatika yang juga membuka kelas industri. Jadi, alhamdulillah dua jurusan ini selalu bersanding dan bersaing karena kepala programnya selalu &#8216;panasan&#8217; pengen selalu sama (dalam berprestasi),&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia pun mendorong seluruh siswa agar terus menggali talenta. &#8220;Ketika siswa mempunyai talenta atau bakat, jangan dipendam! Terus explore supaya bakat itu terasah dan menjadi lebih baik, lebih baik, dan lebih baik lagi.
