Jadi awal mulanya itu dilaporkan ke Polresta Bandung Polda Jabar\u00a0 pada 7 Januari 2023,&#8221; kata Kapolresta Bandung, Kombes Pol Kusworo Wibowo saat menggelar konferensi pers di Mapolresta Bandung, Senin 16 Januari 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Setelah tertangkap, baru mendapatkan gambar utuhnya,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kusworo mengatakan tersangka RH melakukan aksinya dengan menggunakan sepeda motor dan mencari sasaran korban.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Korban seorang wanita saat itu mengendarai sepeda motor sendirian. Kemudian dari belakang diikuti sampai posisinya sejajar dengan korban. Kemudian tangan kirinya menyentuh payudara dari korban,&#8221; jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menurut Kusworo, peristiwa yang terjadi pada 30 Desember 2022, baru dilaporkan 7 Januari 2023, karena korban menginformasikan kepada Polsek Cikancung dan langsung dilakukan penyelidikan bersama korban<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Sampai memastikan bahwa identitas si pelaku ini adalah betul-betul tersangka begal payudara, maka dibuatlah laporan resmi dan tersangka diamankan unit PPA Polresta Bandung,&#8221; tutur Kusworo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Korbannya ini adalah perempuan usia di bawah umur yaitu 16 tahun, maka sebagai pelapor adalah\u00a0 ibunya yang berusia 51 tahun,&#8221; ungkap Kusworo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menurut keterangan, tersangka RH diamankan lantaran telah melakukan aksinya (begal payudara) sebanyak 7 kali dan motivasinya adalah kepuasan pribadi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Jadi ada kepuasan tersangka bisa menyentuh bagian sensitif wanita dan kemudian melarikan diri,&#8221; jelas Kusworo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Atas perbuatannya tersangka dikenakan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak Pasal 82 dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara minimal 5 tahun dan maksimal 15 tahun dengan denda maksimal Rp6 miliyar.(lvb)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOVEBANDUNG.com : Polsek Cikancung bersama Unit PPA Polresta Bandung, Polda Jawa Barat, meringkus seorang tersangka begal payudara yang terjadi siang bolong, pada 30 Desember 2022. &#8220;Tersangka RH (20) melakukan begal payudara pada siang hari.
