Hal ini Ia sampaikan atas kejadian penipuan penempatan PMI sebagai online scammer di Filipina.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Kami berharap Kasus ini tidak terulang kembali, salah satu penyebab terjadinya kasus ini adalah ketidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap proses penempatan PMI yang sesuai prosedur dan adanya lowongan kerja penipuan yang terdapat di media sosial, serta proses penempatan\/pemberangkatannya dilakukan oleh orang perseorangan secara tertutup melalui pesan singkat di WA atau media sosial lainnya,&#8221; kata Ida Fauziyah dikutip dalam keterangannya, Selasa 30 Mei 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ida mengatakan, untuk mencegah terjadinya Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO) dengan modus penempatan PMI, perlu adanya kerja sama dan kolaborasi antar Kementerian\/Lembaga, serta peran aktif masyarakaf dengan memberikan informasi ke Kemnaker lewat call center di <a href=\"tel:1500630\">1500-630<\/a> atau WA di <a href=\"tel:08119521150\">08119521150<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Penanganan isu PMI harus dilakukan secara bersama atau terintegrasi antar Pemerintah Pusat, Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi dan Kabupaten\/Kota serta Pemerintah Desa sebagaimana amanat UU Nomor 18 Tahun 2017,&#8221; tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Menaker Ida juga meminta masyarakat untuk mewaspadai iklan lowongan pekerjaan penipuan yang memiliki ciri-ciri antara lain data dan alamat perusahaan penempatan tidak jelas, iklan atas nama perseorangan, syarat untuk bekerja ringan, dan menawarkan gaji tinggi\/fantastis.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selain itu, masyarakat harus memastikan proses penempatan dilaksanakan oleh Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (P3MI) yang terdaftar di Kemnaker, serta memastikan bahwa sebelum berangkat ke luar negeri untuk bekerja telah terdaftar di Dinas ketenagakerjaan di Kabupaten\/Kota.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ia pun meminta masyarakat untuk mengklarifikasikan informasi peluang kerja di luar negeri yang didapat dari media sosial ke Dinas Tenaga Kerja atau LTSA untuk mengetahui kebenarannya.
