{"id":8121,"date":"2023-06-21T07:28:28","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T00:28:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/?p=8121"},"modified":"2023-06-21T07:28:28","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T00:28:28","slug":"kebaya-muaragembong-sulap-mangrove-food-and-beverage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lovebandung.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/21\/kebaya-muaragembong-sulap-mangrove-food-and-beverage\/","title":{"rendered":"Kebaya Muaragembong Sulap Mangrove Food and Beverage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/LOVEBANDUNG.com\">LOVEBANDUNG.com<\/a><\/strong> : Mangrove biasa dikenal sebagai tanaman pelindung (green belt) di wilayah pesisir dari ancaman abrasi, oleh Kelompok UMKM Bahagia Berkarya (Kebaya) Desa Pantai Bahagia, Kecamatan Muaragembong, diolah menjadi berbagai macam produk makanan dan minuman (food and beverage) mulai dari dodol, sirup, keripik, stik mangrove, jus buah mangrove dan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ketua Kelompok Bahagia Berkarya (Kebaya) Alpiah (41) menjelaskan, ide mengolah tanaman mangrove ini berawal pada tahun 2013, yang awalnya merupakan inisiatif dari emak-emak Kebaya dalam menggali potensi sumber daya di wilayah pesisir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Ya, ada dodol, sirup, sama jus itu buahnya dari jenis mangrove sonneratia caseolaris. Kalo stik, kerupuk, dan peyek itu dari jenis daun mangrove cylindrica dan ada juga dari jenis Avicennia,&#8221; ujarnya, Selasa 20 Juni 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alfiah menambahkan, tidak hanya olahan makanan dan minuman, buah mangrove juga bisa diolah menjadi pewarna alam yang bisa digunakan untuk pewarna pakaian maupun batik.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Mangrove juga bisa dipakai sebagai pewarna alam untuk batik yakni dari jenis rhizopora mucronata,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lebih lanjut, kata dia, hingga kini produk mangrove tersebut menjadi andalan di Desa Pantai Bahagia, Kecamatan Muaragembong, sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil olahan mangrove ini menjadi sumber penghasilan bagi perekonomian masyarakat pesisir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dirinya berharap, produk olahan mangrove tersebut dapat diedarkan ke pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, serta dapat mendongkrak perekonomian bagi masyarakat di wilayah pesisir.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Selain itu, pihaknya juga berharap dapat mengenalkan produk khas Kabupaten Bekasi itu hingga ke berbagai daerah lainnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Mudah-mudahan Kebaya ini bisa kontinyu, produksi setiap hari, kemudian setiap hari kita bisa menjual olahan mangrove,&#8221; harapnya.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alfiah menuturkan akan tetap mempertahankan penanaman mangrove sehingga lingkungan di kawasan pantai Muaragembong tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Selain itu, bisa meminimalisir lagi abrasinya dan menyelamatkan lingkungan tempat tinggal untuk anak cucu kita nanti,&#8221; harapnya.
