Dinas Pendidikan<\/em> (Disdik) Provinsi Jawa Barat menggelar ‘Spesial Education Expo’ (SEE), pada 6 – 7 September 2023, mengangkat masyarakat difabel berbasis kreatif, dan pada saat itu juga aliansi mahasiswa datang sebagai fungsinya mahasiswa untuk selalu\u00a0menjunjung nilai sosial of control.<\/p>\n

Penulis yang hadir dan menggelar salah satu kegiatan talkshow yang bermaterikan “Pemberdayaan masyarakat luar biasa berbasis ekonomi kreatif dalam perspektif prinsip keadilan”.<\/p>\n

Dari kegiatan tersebut, hal ini menjadi contoh dan gebrakan baru bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat untuk selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai keseteraan sesama masyarakat pada umumnya. Bukan hanya itu, penulis juga menyuarakan untuk kepada seluruh elemen dan para pengusaha untuk menerapkan aturan UU No.8 tahun 2016, tentang penyandang kaum fisabilitas.<\/p>\n

Beberapa point yang di tulis di dalam talkshow tersebut Konstitusi Indonesia, yaitu Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 (UUD NRI 1945) memberi amanat dalam Pasal 28D ayat (2), bahwa \u201cSetiap orang berhak untuk bekerja serta mendapat imbalan dan perlakuan yang adil dan layak dalam
\nhubungan kerja.\u201d<\/p>\n

Salah satu perwujudan dari amanat tersebut adalah mengharuskan seluruh warga negara Indonesia terpenuhi hak-hak pekerjanya. Tak terkecuali para penyandang disabilitas, atau disebut sebagai difabel.<\/p>\n

Tentunya, pemerintah merupakan penjamin utama hak-hak tersebut bisa dipenuhi. Begitu pula dengan hak yang sama bagi tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas, terutama untuk memperoleh pekerjaan.<\/p>\n

Bahkan, diatur bahwa pemerintah, badan usaha milik negara (BUMN), dan badan usaha milik daerah (BUMD) wajib mempekerjakan paling sedikit 2 persen penyandang disabilitas dari\u00a0 jumlah\u00a0 pegawai atau pekerja.<\/p>\n

Selain pemerintah, perusahaan swasta juga wajib mempekerjakan paling sedikit 1 persen penyandang disabilitas dari jumlah pegawai atau pekerja.<\/p>\n

Ketentuan tersebut diatur secara lebih rinci dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas (UU 8\/2016<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Dalam Perppu 2\/2022<\/a>, disebutkan bahwa pemberi kerja (pengusaha atau perusahaan) yang mempekerjakan tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas wajib memberikan perlindungan sesuai dengan jenis dan derajat kesabilitasan (Pasal 67 ayat (1) Perppu 2\/2022<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Kewajiban yang diberikan kepada Kantor Pemerintah dan Pemerintah Daerah adalah: wajib menjamin proses rekrutmen, penerimaan, pelatihan kerja, penempatan kerja, keberlanjutan kerja, dan pengembangan karier yang adil dan tanpa diskriminasi, serta memberikan kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan kerja di lembaga pelatihan kerja milik Pemerintah, Pemerintah Daerah, dan\/atau swasta. Dengan ketentuan lembaga pelatihan kerja tersebut harus bersifat inklusif dan mudah diakses (pasal 45 dan 46 UU 8\/2016<\/a>).*<\/p>\n
